Test-call recordings

Proofground records the test calls it places, as evidence behind each grade. These recordings are internal: they are used for grading and dispute review only, are redacted, and are never published or sold. When a vendor disputes a result, we may share the specific disputed call with that verified vendor so they can see what we saw.

Information you provide

If you create an account or contact us, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, and company) to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it.
